So, are you thinking you'll stick with the team?

[ that eve, well, morning, given the upside down schedules, bobbi and daisy both receive a message, its meaning coded months earlier. ]
Hey, things are topsy-turvy at the office. I'll be working from home tonight.
[ An incident has occurred and may find its way to their home, so watch for lurkers and intruders alike. Not an emergency, when they have a separate phrase for that, but it's — it has the potential to turn sour; that's all. ]
Let's postpone dinner until tomorrow.
[ He'll explain later. Promise. ]

Hi. Incoming homework. I also wondered if you would like some assistance with your blood draws program. I've been doing it and put myself in here for that, but I thought it might help if we were on the same page.
I'd also like to provide contacts for two things:
Preliminary first aid—this might be a long list, but a long list is better than no list.
Helping with the transition for newly arrived AIs. Obviously Markus and Connor are the best for this, but I don't want to put them forward without their permission.
I'm not sure if there are any known issues I've overlooked. I'm new to having powers, but I don't know if we should include that as an issue. That includes our empathy links. I don't know of any medical involvement with it, sans our curing before. That's unique to us, but it might overwhelm newcomers.
Medical Care and Its Advantages in New Amsterdam
All health care here is free. They don't ask a lot of questions. First hand experience proves that exposure has not yet been a risk for the displaced. It may seem like a prime way to take advantage of us while we're at a disadvantage, but that hasn't proved true.
Not all of the displaced can go, however, and we're well aware of that. If you're uncertain about what your blood tests might show, we can do some preliminary screening among ourselves. There are those of us who are obviously inhuman or changed, so use your judgment.
Medical advances mean that healing goes twice as fast. If you break a leg, it's much faster. Medicine for sicknesses is much more effective. They can treat almost everything that comes up, so there is no reason to remain hurt or injured.
Finally, we've recently learned that medi-units are effective enough to help bring people back to life. We were told that time of death was the most important aspect. Morningstar has numerous medi-units at their disposal.
Medical Care Among the Displaced
For people who can't go to the hospital, or aren't certain, @clarke.griffin and @stephen.strange have the medical experience to help. There are numerous people among the displaced who can provide preliminary first aid. Don't hesitate to ask. More advanced problems should be brought to Clarke or Stephen, and Morningstar has medical supplies to assist.
Blood tests can be brought to Morningstar, but Clarke and @katelin.phillips can draw blood.
Other Known Issues
AI tend to be given human bodies. So far, these bodies are universal donors. If you've recently arrived and are formerly an AI, we would like to confirm that this trend continues. We understand if you would rather not.
Everyone who had powers before lacks them now. Noted pain when attempting to access them.
Known aliens are still alien according to their DNA. Noted differences in blood tests while observing DNA.

hey so i was cleaning out my backpack and noticed it was dirty on the inside?
and i thought huh that's weird
then realized
i got a chain saw with UNA soldier blood and it's dried up inside my backpack
plz don't tell me i gotta clean up after myself better
also wondering if this would be useful to look into...?

Was the knowledge of multiple universes something that you were familiar with prior to waking here?
[ as promised, daisy blocks out her friday night strictly for bobbi morse and a moderately spendy bottle of wine. not only does she block it out, but she actually pays for the wine — and manages not to cringe at the price tag until after she gets outside.
she's happy to do it, though. bobbi deserves it, after all daisy's put her through. plus, wine's sort of a celebratory thing, and if there's anyone she'd like to indulge in a little wine and gossip session with her in new amsterdam, it's her pseudo big sister and best spy gal pal.
now it's just a matter of waiting for bobbi to actually, you know. get home. ]
ready when you are, kp
wine's in the ice and there's a marathon of bad chick flicks on demand with our names on them

[this is her life now, receiving prompto texts at random. this is about six days since the chocobo song comment was made.]
katelin! are you READY!
[the first chocobo1.mp3 file will basically be him softly singing and humming the song.]
lyrics in case you wanna sing along:
i want to ride my chocobo all day
i wanna see them run
i wanna ride and play
i want to ride my chocobo all day
i wanna join the fun
50 gil and i'll gladly pay
[and the second file she gets, chocobo2.mp3 is the song in midi format.]
fun fact i recorded this using the AC robot i have in the apartment
it has a lot of pitch variety!
what do you think!!!
[one day, he'll be able to show the world this chocobo song remix, but his skills are pretty basic.]

[ he's still slightly unsure about being in public after everything but he can't hide forever and he figures that if someone's going to come after him again, they wouldn't do it in such a public place. the bar's decently lit all things considered and there's enough eyes here that he's able to relax somewhat.
still, he's a little more tense than he normally would be while he waits. that's the main reason he orders a drink as he sits down. it's not healthy, using that to cope with the jitters but he doesn't care.
he's earned a drink, he thinks. and it's not water, something he really does not want to see ever again. hard to do considering he's gotta shower but that's the only time he really gets near it.
he sips at the drink and waits for bobbi to get there. ]
